With the sun shining dad has a hard time making excuses not to go for a walk. And Christina loves to be outside.

The recent snow left the sidewalks more of a challenge. Less than half of the neighborhood was cleared. We had kept the over-sized all terrain wheels on and that helped. Christina chuckled when dad had to give extra effort to make it through some of the snow piles. Mostly at the corners.

Even though the sun was shining and warming it up. It was still pretty chilly. Dad had Christina bundled. The days that were windier felt cooler. Christina’s red jacket does well blocking the wind and keeping Christina warm. It does not; however, make it easier to transfer Christina. As it just so happens, Christina is difficult to hold and carry with the jacket being slippery. Usually Christina will laugh at dad, but we did have one scare. The look on Christina’s face was almost priceless. Although , dad felt bad it also was a nice redemption for all the times dad was laughed at when struggling to get Christina placed correctly in the stroller or wheelchair.
