On Saturday, dad had to go to the pharmacy to get one of my meds. It was one of the controlled meds so it can’t be filled very far ahead. And, Grandma Kar came to see me. So dad suggested we all go to the pharmacy and then go to McDonald’s for supper.

Grandma Kar had come over so I could tell her about my tour of the zoo. I had so much fun and got excited to share my experience. The notification that my med was ready came mid afternoon. Dad groaned cuz he said we needed to go get it and he wanted to stay home.

I stayed in the van with grandma, but I like to go inside. It was way quicker I guess since it was busy there. When we got to McDonald’s I told dad I wanted my usual. That is 2 cheeseburgers and french fries with a milk. I got to have dessert too. Ice cream in a dish. I broke two plastic spoons. Really I just cracked them, but dad says we can not use them after that. He has a set of utensils packed for me so I used my own spoon.
