I was helping dad today. We did two loads of laundry and hung them outside to dry. I helped with hanging them on the clothesline. I also helped take them off of the clothesline.
I also help Dad put the flag back on the porch. We hung it up earlier in the year and the wind was able to blow the mount down. So we fixed it good and dad says he doesn’t think it’s going to come down
We also fixed a couple of bolts on the trailer. Dad said he wanted to turn them around so he wouldn’t beat up his knuckles.
I watched dead disconnect the water heater from the pool. The solar heaters are still hooked up. It is too cold to go swimming so we will not be swimming any more this year. Dad still hasn’t taken the pool down yet though. He says that is a project for this week. But he also told me that we have a busy week so I don’t know if we’ll get to it.
Before making supper dad wanted to sit outside and take a break and asked if I wanted to join him. I said yes. I was being silly and wiggled my foot enough to get my sock off of one foot. I wasn’t wearing shoes today just socks. Dad saw it just before it was all the way off and put it back on. But little did he know I was already working on the other foot. I got it all the way off before he saw it.
